My Approach to Healing

I support people who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or worn down by constant stress.

My work centers on helping the nervous system settle so the body can rest, recalibrate, and reconnect — gently and without pressure.

My path into this work began through my own experiences with stress, healing, and embodiment. Over time, my exploration of yoga, meditation, Reiki, and somatic practices became not just personal tools, but a way of supporting others through moments of transition and uncertainty.

Nature has been a consistent source of grounding and regulation in my own life. I spend time outside every day, noticing what’s alive and changing in the woods and meadows I return to — places that are familiar, yet always offering something new.

I’ve experienced how being in natural spaces can help the nervous system settle and attention soften in ways that are often hard to access indoors. Guided nature walks grew naturally from this relationship, as a way to share a supportive, accessible practice of slowing down and reconnecting.

My work is informed by training and experience in:

  • Yoga and mindful movement

  • Meditation and contemplative practices

  • Reiki

  • Trauma-aware and somatic approaches

These modalities are integrated into my offerings, shaping how I hold space rather than being applied as techniques to “fix” something.

Currently, I primarily offer individual Reiki sessions and guided nature walks. These offerings reflect my commitment to slow, supportive practices that meet people where they are and honor the body’s natural rhythms.
