Guided Nature Walks
Mindful walks for stress relief and nervous system support
These guided nature walks are designed to help you slow down, step out of constant “go mode,” and reconnect with yourself through gentle time in nature.
Rooted in forest bathing and mindfulness practices, the walks emphasize presence, sensory awareness, and ease — not distance, speed, or performance.
What are guided nature walks?
Guided nature walks are slow, intentional walks held in natural settings. During a walk, I offer simple invitations to notice your surroundings, your body, and your breath.
We move at an unhurried pace, pausing often. There is no pressure to talk, share, or do anything “right.” You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels supportive.
Why people choose nature walks
People are often drawn to these walks when they:
Feel overwhelmed, stressed, or mentally fatigued
Spend a lot of time indoors or on screens
Want a gentle way to regulate their nervous system
Are looking for grounding during times of change
Miss feeling connected to nature or themselves
Many people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more present.
What to expect
During a guided nature walk, you can expect:
A welcoming orientation and gentle pacing
Simple mindfulness or sensory invitations
Periods of quiet reflection and optional sharing
An emphasis on safety, accessibility, and comfort
Walks are designed to be accessible and supportive rather than physically demanding.
Walks happen in most weather — rain, snow, or shine — so dress for the conditions. If the weather is unsafe (pouring rain, lightning, strong winds, or icy conditions), the walk may be rescheduled for another day, and you’ll be notified in advance.

An integrated foundation
My approach to guided nature walks is informed by my background in yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and somatic practices. These influences shape how I guide attention, support regulation, and hold space throughout the walk.
The focus remains on gentle presence and nervous system support, rather than instruction or achievement.
