Rooted in forest bathing and mindfulness practices, the walks emphasize presence, sensory awareness, and ease — not distance, speed, or performance.
Reiki Sessions
A gentle practice for stress release and nervous system support
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on relaxation practice that supports your body’s natural ability to settle, rest, and restore. Many people seek Reiki when they are feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or stuck in ongoing stress.
Sessions are calm, quiet, and supportive. You do not need prior experience or any particular belief for Reiki to be helpful.
