Reiki Sessions
A gentle practice for stress relief and nervous system support
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on relaxation practice that supports your body’s natural ability to settle, rest, and restore. Many people seek Reiki when they are feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or stuck in ongoing stress.
Sessions are calm, quiet, and supportive. You do not need prior experience or any particular belief for Reiki to be helpful.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese relaxation practice focused on creating conditions for deep rest. During a session, you lie down fully clothed while I work gently, often with light touch or hands hovering just above the body.
Rather than “doing” something to you, Reiki supports your nervous system in shifting out of stress and into a more regulated, restful state. Many people describe the experience as deeply calming, grounding, or clarifying.
Why people come for Reiki
People seek Reiki for many different reasons. Common intentions include:
Chronic stress or burnout
Emotional overwhelm or anxiety
Difficulty resting or sleeping
Feeling disconnected from the body
Times of transition, grief, or uncertainty
While everyone’s experience is different, people often leave sessions feeling calmer, more present, and more at ease.
What a session is like
A typical Reiki session includes:

Gentle, quiet touch or hands held just above the body
A calm, unhurried pace focused on safety and comfort
Sessions are trauma-aware and guided by consent. You are always welcome to communicate your needs, ask questions, or adjust positioning.

An Integrated Approach
My Reiki sessions are informed by my background in yoga, meditation, and somatic practices. This shapes how I hold space, guide attention, and support nervous system regulation during our time together.
Reiki may be offered on its own or as part of a broader self-care or healing process.
